All reservations are taken over the phone. A valid credit/debit card number is required in order to charge a $100 deposit. This deposit is non refundable if you cancel your move at any time. There is no grace period. However, you may reschedule to a different time or date up to 24 hours in advance without penalty.
All personal items must be fully packed in boxes, totes, or bags before the arrival of the moving crew. All wooden furniture, cabinets, and drawers must be completely empty. We hold no responsibility for the contents of drawers, containers, or boxes.
The $100 deposit is deducted from your 2 hour minimum, and the remainder of the 2 hour minimum is due in CASH ONLY before the work begins. Any balance beyond the two hour minimum is due at completion of the job and may be paid by cash, or credit/debit card. A one time $20 convenience fee will be added to any balances charged to a card rather than paid in cash. We pro rate by the half hour. ABSOLUTELY NO CHECKS.
We will be providing moving pads, shrink wrap, and tape to protect all of the fragile furniture and we will be using extreme caution while moving over sized items through restricted areas; however all floors, walls, banisters, ceilings, doors, and hallways must be protected by the customer if so desired, and we will assume no responsibility for damage to any home, office, or other property.
We are responsible for our own negligence; we assume no responsibility for any loss or damage due to an act of God, an act of public enemy, or any and all other causes beyond our control. Our responsibility is further limited to the minimum state required Released Value insurance of $0.60 per pound, no more than $50 per article, with a $250 deductible. We offer no additional insurance to be purchased. In the event of a truck breakdown, accident, or traffic; we hold no responsibility for any loss of wages, fines, hotel rental, car rental, or any other related expenses.
All items including but not limited to glass, mirror, marble, paintings, and other similar articles should be property packed/crated by the customer and we will assume no responsibility for loss or damage.
The following valuables will NOT be moved by our company. If packed before our arrival and moved without our knowledge, we will hold no responsibility for loss or damage to fire arms, jewelry, cash, coins, precious metals, important documents, or items of sentimental value.
A electrical wires must be disconnected and packed before the arrival of the moving crew. We are not responsible for the mechanical function of radios, telephones, clocks, appliances, computers, gaming systems, or any other type of electrical device.
Live animals, eggs, fish, plants, flowers, or any other property of perishable nature are not covered under the Released Value protection plan.
